Registration for Aubrey ISD students for the upcoming school year opens on Wednesday, April 17, 2024. Registration is online for new and returning students entering kindergarten - 12th grade for the 2024-2025 school year.
Starting on April 17, families can register online for the upcoming school year at the ParentPortal website. We encourage families to register in a timely manner to increase chances of placement at their zoned elementary campus and so accurate staffing can be arranged. Please do not attempt to register before that date because the current school year will not be rolled over until April 17.
More registration information is provided on the Aubrey ISD website
Kindergarten Registration
Brockett, Fuller and Monaco Elementary Schools will host Kindergarten Kickoff at the campuses on Wednesday, April 17 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursday, April 18 from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for kindergarten families wanting assistance with registration for the first time. West Elementary School families may get assistance at any elementary campus. Laptops will be available, and staff members will be present to assist with questions.
Public Pre-K Registration
Full-day public Pre-K is open to students who are 4 years old BEFORE September 1st of the enrolling year AND meet one of the qualifying statutes.
There is a paper registration packet for families who want to enroll their children for the public pre-K program. Starting on April 17, 2024, families can pick up a registration packet from Fuller Elementary or the Aubrey ISD Administration Building. Families can fill out forms at the school or administration building and receive assistance from staff or they can fill out the packet at home and drop off the completed packet at a later date. Registration will not be complete until the completed packet has been received at Fuller Elementary or the administration building.
Returning Transfer Students
Returning transfer students residing outside of the Aubrey ISD attendance zones and returning students requesting an elementary campus transfer must complete the transfer renewal application. Approved transfer renewals (students who were approved to attend and are enrolled during 2023-2024) can then complete the online registration.
New Transfer Students
Families residing outside of the Aubrey ISD attendance zones can complete a transfer application if they are interested in having their children enrolled at Aubrey ISD. Space is limited and transfer decisions will not be made until enrollment is finalized and may be after the first day of school. Transfer students are encouraged to enroll in their home campus until accepted in case the grade level or campus closes. New transfers cannot register online unless they have been approved and have completed the transfer paperwork. A student who moved out of the district during the school year will need to complete a transfer application.
