Registration Requirements to Log Required Observation Hours in the Aubrey Independent School District

Students enrolled in a two-year college, four-year university, or alternative certification program and are required to complete classroom observation hours as part of their program are welcome in Aubrey ISD provided the following requirements are met:

1. Submit required documents to Human Resources.

   • Registration form for Classroom Observation;

   • Picture ID (drivers license and/or current student ID issued by university);

   • Background check (if not currently a substitute teacher);

   • One of the following:

     1. Course syllabus requiring observation hours; and/or

     2. Acceptance letter from alternative program requiring hours.
